The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 April 2010 at 15.00 CET in Tonhallen, Universitetsallén 22, Sundsvall, Sweden.
SCA’s Annual General Meeting alternates between Stockholm, Gothenburg and Sundsvall, but it has been more than ten years since it was last held in Norrland.
“From its origin as a forest company from the north of Sweden, SCA has grown into a global paper and hygiene product company,” says Jan Johansson, SCA’s President and CEO.
“As we all know, the forest industry operation remains a central part of SCA. By holding the Annual General Meeting in Sundsvall, we wish to give shareholders the opportunity to gain more in-depth insight into the positive expansion that has also characterised this part of the Group. We have no plans to announce any new major investments.”
